Returns and Exchange Policy
You may exchange or return any unused or unworn Gekks you have purchased through our website for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Given the nature of hosiery products, we can only accept returns for unworn Gekks with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you are responsible for the shipping charges. When returning any Gekks please include a brief explanation which includes your full name, order number, and the reason for return or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. A member from our team will process your return request within three business days of receipt of the goods.
How to Return or Exchange your Gekks
To complete the return process, send us a message that contains your order number, the email address you used to place the order, your full name, and the reason for the return or exchange. You can message us here or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send your package to the below address with a message that contains your order number and the full name on the order.

Gekks Complaint Policy
In the event that you receive a delivery containing damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us here and we will do everything in our power to correct the mistake. When messaging us, please be sure to include your order confirmation number, the email address you used to place the order, and the issues you encountered.
