Exchange Policy

You may exchange any Gekks you have purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery (exceptions are made for gifts). To initiate an exchange please email here or send us an email at gosockless@mygekks.com letting us know you would like to exchange your Gekks. A customer service representative will help you from there.

Return Policy

You may return any unused or unworn Gekks you have purchased through our website for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Given the nature of hosiery products, we can only accept returns for unworn Gekks with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you are responsible for the shipping charges. When returning any Gekks please include a brief explanation which includes your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. A member from our team will process your return request within three business days of receipt of the goods.


How to Return

To complete the return process, send us a message that contains your order number, the email address you used to place the order, your full name, and the reason for the return or exchange. You can message us here or send us an email at gosockless@mygekks.com. Please send your package to the below address with a message that contains your order number and the full name on the order.

Complaint Policy



In the event that you receive a delivery containing damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us here and we will do everything in our power to correct the mistake. When messaging us, please be sure to include your order confirmation number, the email address you used to place the order, and the issues you encountered.
